Please email your logo file to paul [!at] metalmakershop.com before ordering to make sure your logo can be cut with our equipment, it must be an editable file like an AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF. Files such as JPG, PNG, or TIF will not work and we will be unable to process your order. Thank you.
◄ Material ►
CNC precision plasma cut from 16 gauge steel, sturdy enough to withstand the elements and look great wherever you choose to mount it.
◄ Finishes Available ►
- Raw (No Coating): Bare Metal will rust over time if left to the elements, there is NO PROTECTIVE COATING to prevent it from rusting.
- Clear: Gives a more industrial look to the sign. Dark gray in color with markings such as patina, scratches, or grind marks from the cleaning process that are unique to each metal sign. The steel is then painted with a clear coat to help protect it from rusting.
-Black: This is our most durable finish, powder coated with a black protective layer to prevent scratches and rusting of metal. This finish will last the longest over time.
-Powder coated and Painted: Coated first in black then painted your color of choice from one of our stock colors or custom colors upon request. Ex: Oil Rubbed Bronze, Hammered Copper, blue, green, white, etc…
◄ Mounting ►
Holes are added to signs for easy hanging, you can use finish nails, screws, or heavy duty double sided tape. We do offer .5” risers and screws for mounting, which can be found in our Etsy listings.
Larger sizes of all signs available upon request up to 47”.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are signs weatherproof?
Yes as long as the powder coat or paint does not chip or scratch. We use mild steel that will rust if exposed to the elements. If your in need of a non rusting material we offer stainless steel through custom quotes. Prices are at least double for stainless steel.

My Item has been shipped but it hasn't been delivered?
There are circumstances that an item has been shipped but has not been delivered on its estimated delivery date. Unfortunately once it leaves our shop it is out of our control and we have no way of tracking it down. Your best option is to contact the courier that your item is being shipped with to find out where and why your package has been delayed. In most cases your item is on the way but is arriving late.
My sign arrived damaged!
Yeah it happens and it sucks! Don't worry, get in contact with us as soon as possible along with pictures of the damage and in most cases a replacement will be sent out.
Do you accept returns?
I don't accept returns on custom orders due (ie: name sings, address signs, etc.) to the amount of customization in each project. However if there is an issue with your sign please contact me as soon as possible and we can look at options to make sure we provide an option you will be happy with. Please allow at least 24hrs for me to respond.
I requested a proof but have not seen one yet?
If you haven't received a proof within 48hrs of ordering, please check the following places first before contacting me. Etsy Messages, Email SPAM folder, the email address you registered with Etsy.
If you still cant find it contact me and I'll get one over to you in your preferred method.
FYI orders that requested a proof will not cut until the proof is approved.
How long until my order ships?
Orders ship within 3-10 business days of ordering or proof approval, but most orders go out within a week.

It went really easy and smooth, I needed a different size than that was on there and was helped with ease. Only issue was shipping that left a little dent nothing serious and not the shops fault.

100/100 recommend! We will be using Paul for all of our signage going forward. The material used is pretty heavy duty and not flimsy. The lines of our logo are extremely crisp and clean. We are very happy with our purchase!
